What eviction service costs, and what drives it

Every case gets a written price before anything is filed. Here's what that price is built from.

What changes the number

  • County. Filing fees and executing-office procedures differ by county, and so does travel.
  • Scope. Filing only, filing through service, or the full path through writ and setout.
  • Unit type and occupancy. A furnished single-family setout is not an apartment setout.
  • Volume. Portfolio owners are priced against actual monthly count, not list rate.
  • Add-ons. Cleanout, junk removal and preservation are quoted with the setout when you want them.

What's always included

  • Written scope and price before any work starts
  • Court filing fees itemized and receipted, not marked up silently
  • Documented attempt logs on service
  • Photo and video documentation on every setout
  • A named coordinator you can reach by phone
Why there's no price list on this page. A published flat rate would be wrong for most of the cases we take — it would be too high for portfolio volume and too low for a contested single-family setout. Send the case and get a real number the same business day instead.

Tell us the county, the scope and the volume. Written pricing comes back the same business day on most requests.

What happens after you submit
  • A coordinator reviews your property and case details, usually the same business day.
  • You get a written scope and price before anything is filed — no work starts without your go-ahead.
  • Once approved, we prepare and file, then serve, then coordinate the writ and setout as the court allows.
