Not a law firm

EvictIQ is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys in the provision of these services, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients in court. We provide eviction filing preparation, court coordination, process serving and field services.

When you need an attorney

If your matter is contested, involves a counterclaim, involves habitability or discrimination allegations, or otherwise raises legal questions, you should retain a licensed Georgia attorney. We will say so when we see it, and we work alongside your counsel.

No guaranteed timelines

We describe typical operational ranges based on our own case history. We do not guarantee any filing date, service date, hearing date, judgment, writ issuance or setout date. Courts and executing offices set their own schedules.

County information

General descriptions of county process on this site are provided as orientation, not as authoritative procedure. Filing fees, forms, calendars and executing-office practice change. Confirm current requirements with the relevant magistrate court.

No self-help evictions

Georgia law requires the court process. We do not perform, advise on, or assist with lockouts, utility shutoffs, removal of belongings, or any other self-help eviction outside a court-issued writ, and we will decline any request to do so.

Tenant privacy

We do not publish tenant names, case documents, photographs or personal information, and we ask clients not to submit them through public forms.

No certifications claimed

We make no claim to SOC 2, FCRA, HIPAA, PCI DSS or any similar certification unless a specific certification is independently obtained, documented, and named in writing.

Review required before launch. This page is a drafting starting point prepared for EvictIQ. Have counsel review and adjust it for your actual practices, insurance and jurisdiction before publishing.
